Plugging contractor will properly plug the leaking well and restore the well site of Ref# 601397 well name L.O. CLEVELAND #4 LAT 38.135283 LONG 88.046967 located in White County, IL. Breakout well is discharging one to two barrels of fluids to the surface daily. If fluids continue to to leak, there is a great possibility of contamination to a near by freshwater source creating a hazard to the public. By plugging this well, action compiles with the requirements of the Illinois Oil and Gas Act (225 ILCS 725/19.1).
