THE EL RENO MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY/CITY OF EL RENO
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the El Reno Municipal Authority, a public trust created for the use and
benefit of the City of El Reno will receive and open sealed Request for Proposals for the
agricultural purposes that portion of the El Reno Burris Well Fields, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk of El Reno, Oklahoma, and made a part hereof by reference, containing
in all approximately one hundred sixty five (165) acres, more or less, which property is located
upon the following described real estate situated in Canadian County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The SE/4 (or the E/2 of SE/4 and Lots 10 and 11) of Section 34, Township 13 North, of Range 7 West
I.M., except 3/4 acre in the NE Comer deeded for public road, AND
All that part of Lots 3 and 4 of fractional Section 3, Township 12 North of Range 7 West I.M., more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW Corner of said Lot 4, thence South along the Boundary Line between the NE and
NW Quarters of said Section 3 to a point where said line intersects the North boundary line of the
right-of-way of the St. Louis, El Reno and Western Railway Company. Thence in a Northeasterly
direction along said right-of-way boundary line to a point where said right-of-way offsets to the
Northwest, a distance of 25 feet, thence in a Northwesterly direction along the line of said
offset, a distance of 25 feet; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the North line of said
right-of-way (the same being 150 feet in width at this point) to the point where said North
right-of-way line intersects the North boundary line of said Section 3, thence West along the North
line of said Section 3 to the place of beginning, the said land thus described being all that
portion of said Lots 3 and 4 lying North of the right-of-way of said railway company,
Specifically excluding the four water well sites currently existing, which contain approximately
one acre each, (CONTAINTING 165 ACRES MORE OR LESS)
To Have and to Hold the same unto the LESSEE from the date of:
January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026;
January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027;
January 1, 2028, to December 31, 2028;
January 1, 2029, to December 31, 2029;
January 1, 2030, to December 31, 2030,
For five (5) consecutive one-year lease terms.
Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the City Clerk, Municipal Building, 101 N
Choctaw, El Reno, Oklahoma, 73036, until 12:00 p.m. (noon), on the 4?? day of November, 2025.
Proposals shall be opened at the above stated time for receipt of Proposals or as soon thereafter
as practicable. A postmark does not constitute “received”, and any proposals received after this
time will not be opened. The El Reno Airpark Authority reserves the right to reject any and all
proposals and to negotiate for products and services at the best price.
Proposals shall be made in accordance with this Notice for Proposals and the Documents which are on
file and available for examination and may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk or
available at
