CP2311 Ft Pemberton Public Access Improvements

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for new park construction to provide public access at the historic Fort Pemberton property. Scope includes limited demolition, gravel parking, pervious concrete pathways, pre-fabricated picnic shelter and restroom buildings, limited utility work, park site furnishings (fences, gates, benches, bike racks, picnic tables & trash receptacles) and associated site construction activities.

Estimated cost is $750,000 - $900,000.

PRE-BID meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.

On-site (221 Yates Avenue, Charleston, SC 29412).

Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.

BIDS will be received until Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened.
