IF YOUR COMPANY IS ALREADY AWARDED BY THE LISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES ON RFP #F1073-24 OR RFP #F1073A-24 THERE IS NOT A NEED FOR YOUR COMPANY TO RESPOND TO THIS RFP.

The Lewisville Independent School District is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for Career and Technical Education (CTE) Supplies, Equipment, Services, Curriculum and Other Related Products and Services to use in the following Career Clusters offered in LISD, including but not limited to: Agriculture, Animation, Architecture and Construction, Audio/Video Technology and Communications, Auto Tech, Arts, Business Management and Administration,Collision Repair, Diesel Mechanics, Education and Training, Culinary and Hospitality, Cyber Security, Dental, Floral Design, Food, and Natural Resources, Graphic Design, Health Science (Hospital and Pharmacy Tech), Horticulture, Hospitality and Tourism, Information Technology, Law, Law Enforcement and Public Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, Robotics, Transportation, Vet Tech, Video Game Design, and Welding.
RFP #F1073B-24 Career and Technical Education Supplies, Equipment, Services, Curriculum and Other Related Products and Services is a supplemental request for proposal (RFP) to add multiple vendors to address additional needs of the District.

If approved by the LISD Board of Trustees, this RFP will add vendors needed for existing and new programs. This RFP will run coterminous with RFP #F1073-24, and RFP #F1073A-24.

All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered.

RFP #F1073B-24 shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of products and/or services that provides best value to The District.

This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200, requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may also be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs.

The initial term of this proposal shall be from December 2025 - May 2026.

Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term.

Initial Anticipated Contract Term: December 2025 - May 2026

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: May 2026 - May 2028

Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: May 2028 - May 2030
