This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation number 36C26026Q0707 is issued as a (RFQ), request for proposal for asbestos inspection, testing and abatement services at Spokane VA Medical Center.



This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.



This is acquisition is to be provided over a five year (base year and four option years) period. An accredited Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Inspector will carry out annual asbestos inspection, testing and and abatement duties in accordance with the Statement of Work.
