This solicitation amendment is issued to extend the offer due date from 22 June 2026 to 29 June 2026, 10:00 AM (JST), and to revise the Section C submittal instructions to require quote submission via email only, removing the SAM.gov submission method. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
