THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO:

1. INCORPORATE UPDATED PRICE LIST DATED 19 AUGUST 2025.

2. EXTEND SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE BY ONE (1) DAY FROM 27 AUGUST 2025 TO 28 AUGUST 2025.

3. POST RFI RESPONSES.

4. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

ALL QUOTES SUBMITTED SHALL ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENT 0001 INCLUDING THE SF 1449 DOCUMENT AND UPDATED PRICE LIST.

The 136th Airlift Wing requires Texas Air National Guard recruiting promotional items as described in the attached solicitation documents.

This solicitation, W50S76-25-Q-A007-0001, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025.

This is a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 339950 – Sign Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. NOTE: If this NAICS is not listed as one of your organization’s codes in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, you will need to certify your business size for this NAICS (prior to award), via FAR Clause 52.212-3, Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications--- Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
