There will be mandatory pre-bid and site visit held on October 31, 2024, at 9:00 am (CST) at the City of Wheaton Water Division located at 210 S. Reber Street, Wheaton, IL  60187. This will be the only site visit offered. Attendance is required at the pre-bid meeting for those wishing to submit a bid.  The City will not accept bids from Vendors that did not attend and sign in at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
