Purchase of Refrigerated Box Trucks for Framingham Public Schools

The City of Framingham, Massachusetts invites sealed bids for IFB #8613 Purchase of  Two 16-Foot Refrigerated Box Trucks with Gas Powered Liftgate  for Framingham Public Schools’ Food Service Department.

Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 after 10:00 A.M.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 10:00AM.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
