The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 2,600 usable square feet of retail space located at Chester, VA and within the radius shown below:

North: Meadowville

South: Enon

East: N Enon Church Rd.

West: Rivers Bend Blvd.
