The Project consists of renovations to the exterior of the Tomb House in Edgell Grove Cemetery. This scope includes work on the exterior envelope, including but not limited to masonry repairs, door repairs and repainting, exterior storm windows, slate roof replacement and repairs to the roof structure, new gutters and downspouts, and a new entry door with side lights. Also included in the scope is the demolition of the existing slate roof, parts of the roof structure, and gutters and downspouts, and some removal of concrete blocks. The work also includes allowances and unit prices. Add Alt 1 includes repair work in the basement to support the of the first floor structure.
