GUN CLUB ROAD PAVING PROJECT

Project Description: Bids will be received online by Upper Nazareth Township via PennBid until 11:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, July 9, 2026, for the:
“GUN CLUB ROAD PAVING PROJECT”, LOCATED IN: UPPER NAZARETH TOWNSHIP, NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA
The project consists of the following: MPT, cold-in place recycling of the existing pavement, paving, line striping, etc. per PennDOT Publication 408 requirements and as specified in the contract bidding documents.

NO PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD FOR THIS PROJECT.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Upper Nazareth Township in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions in the Instructions to Bidders.
All Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified as Prime Contractors and in the specific PennDOT Work Class Codes that constitute at least 50% of the project. The project will be constructed in conformance with PennDOT Publication 408 (latest edition) and the project Technical Provisions.
The work on this project constitutes Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that workers on this project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage rates promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the opening date. Upper Nazareth Township reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any bidding informalities.
