Project Description: The Work to be completed under this contract includes all labor, equipment and materials to
construct stormwater management improvements associated with the previously installed
gravel parking expansion including inlets, pipe, and fencing as shown on the Drawings and
described in the Project Manual. The Work also includes soil erosion and sedimentation
control measures, pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, and restoration.
