Description: Grays Harbor Transportation Authority (GHTA) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms for planning, environmental documentation, and final design services for a renovation of its Maintenance and Operations Facility in Hoquiam, WA. The selected firm will develop a complete (PS&E) package for a future federally funded construction phase, with environmental compliance (NEPA/SEPA) and following a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery model.
