Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the Pacific Northwest (PNW) Ports of Tacoma, Everett, Olympia, Grays Harbor, Washington and Port of Portland, Oregon. These five strategic Northwestern seaports are located where the Pacific Ocean meets the mouth of the Puget Sound River and the Port of Portland, Oregon. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated throughout this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with “Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Service in Mind”.
