96192-Interpreter Services for American Sign Language and other forms of sign language for deaf/hard of hearing whose first language is sign language;
Sign language interpreters will be used in deaf students' classrooms, events, meetings, etc. across campus to satisfy their accommodations. Interpretation services will also be used for most events open to the public. The awarded contractor(s) will be responsible for providing sign language interpreter services to students with disabilities in an office or classroom environment and during college related activities as requested by TWU Disability Services for Students (DSS) Staff. Contractor must utilize commonly accepted methods, hand shapes, gestures and facial expressions as ASL.
