Overview
Summary

This first phase of the Parkland Community Trail will connect the Sprinker Recreation facility with the Parkland Prairie. It will provide a safe pedestrian pathway for the neighborhoods to access these Pierce County Parks. The pathway will be a 12-foot-wide paved asphalt path leading to a bridge in the Parkland Prairie. A few major elements of the project are the paved trail, a bridge over Clover Creek, and bioswales along the right-of-way. We hope this trail will become a major thoroughfare for pedestrians in the area.
