The City of Clermont is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Design-Build teams to deliver a multi-level parking garage in the heart of its downtown district. This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the requirements for a comprehensive, turnkey project that includes conceptual and final design, permitting, construction, and operational readiness. The selected firm will play a critical role in advancing the City’s broader goals for downtown revitalization by addressing growing parking needs and enhancing public infrastructure.
