Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing 26-908 Environmental Laboratory Testing, Reporting and Compliance Support . Please refer to IFB #26-908 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST .  Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 663 169 500# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: August 4, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST Bids shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
Bids will be opened via Conference Call – Dial 866-818-0460, Participant Login:  7070570#.
Note: Only electronic submissions will be accepted.  PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION WILL TAKE TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS.
