LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the replacement of the residence's HVAC system and water heater, as well as minor replacement and repair work of painting, concrete, siding and trim, plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, and cabinetry.
A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City Hall, Finance Conference Room 2, located at 1101 Texas Ave, 3rd Floor Fiscal Services, College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. This meeting is mandatory, and a site visit will follow immediately after the meeting.
