Contractor shall perform shredding services of PII and PHI Containers, hard drive and media destruction for William Beaumont Army Medical Center and Outlying Clinics in Fort Bliss and El Paso, TX as described herein and in accordance with Government mandated standards/outputs and regulations. The Contractor shall service full shredder containers on the 3rd week of the month; the service days shall be established by the COR. Hard Drive and Media destruction shall occur on the 3rd week of each month.
William Beaumont Army Medical Center Campus currently consists of six (6) buildings, and currently 34 buildings located throughout Fort Bliss West, Fort Bliss East, Biggs Army Airfield and the El Paso Texas Marketplace, (See Attached Exhibit F for individual building inventory). All facilities generate documents with sensitive patient information that must be shredded and removed from all buildings. There are 140 (government owned) 64-gallon shredder bins 24”x29” width x 41” height and 300 Hard drives to be destroyed on the third week of every month.
