Project Description: It is the intent of Fort Bend County to contract with one (1) vendor for all materials, supplies,
equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to complete the demolition and clearing
of abatement properties located in the County, as specified herein. This project may be federally
funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The respondent is responsible for complying with all
applicable Federal and State rules and regulations.
