Solicitation Summary
Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to Provide JPPM Pavilion Restroom Renovations as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled “JPPM PAVILION RESTROOM RENOVATIONS”.

Additional Instructions
This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to providing and undertaking the renovation of the Pavilion Restrooms (JPPM PAVILION RESTROOM RENOVATION FM26-09). The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM),10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685).
Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit:
1. The Invitation for Bid form, completed according to Section XII, “Pricing”
2. Completed “Bid Affidavit Form”.
3. Completed “Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form”.
4. Current Maryland licenses or certifications, per section II.D [“Permits, Certificates, Laws...”].
5. Current insurance certificates, per section II.C [“Permits, Certificates, Laws...”].
6. Completed No Reply Form if not bidding.
7. Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the bid due date.
cost to remove and replace drywall of Pavilion restroom walls–
cost to insulate Pavilion restroom walls and ceiling –
cost to paint restroom walls and ceiling with semi-gloss paint –
cost to replace all sinks, toilets and fixtures as defined in Section XI –
cost to check, repair, and insulate plumbing lines in Pavilion restroom as defined in Section XI –
cost to replace hot water heater and install insulated and heated space for hot water heater in loft, as defined in Section XI –
cost to install new energy efficient lighting as defined in Section XI –
cost to install new baby changing stations as defined in Section XI –
cost to install epoxy flooring in both Pavilion restrooms

A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 12, 2025 at 10:00 am at the JPPM Pavilion (10125 Mackall Rd., St. Leonard, MD, 20714). A second site visit will be held on September 15, 2025 at 10:00 am at the same location.
