Project Description: Fort Bend County, Texas (hereafter referred to as the “County”) seeks Proposals (“Proposals or RFP”) for selection of a Contractor (“Respondent”) to provide bulk fuel in Fort Bend County in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth herein, Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) and any and all Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) rules and regulations.
