The City of Steamboat Springs is seeking a professional design-build contractor to provide comprehensive budget, design, and construction management services for the addition of a second sheet of ice to the existing Howelsen Ice Arena. The addition of the second sheet will allow adequate ice time for all user groups and provide a greatly needed enhancement to one of the city’s greatest assets. The funding for this project was secured by private donations and a commitment from the City of Steamboat Springs’ City Council.
