The proposed action is to award a new contract with option for Electronic Component, NSN: 5998-99-745-6533. This item is a source controlled item (sole source) to Pearson Engineering, LTD (CAGE Code: K0824). The Government does not have the
pertinent technical data for competitive procurement. Pearson Engineering, LTD is the only source that has the requisite technical
and engineering expertise.
