The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) owns and operates a mobile classroom known as the W.O.W. CyberBus, which is used for the purpose of providing social services to residents of various HACP properties. We are currently seeking the services of a professional full-service vehicle transport company to arrange transport of the W.O.W. CyberBus from Pittsburgh, PA, to Philadelphia, PA in late October 2025.

Procurement Details:

HACP will have a staff member present at each pick-up and drop-off to direct the transport team, provide keys, instructions, etc. Quotes should include a total price for the service, including transit in both directions, tolls, etc. Interested vendors should include proof of insurance when submitting bids.
