This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes
the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation
number is 70US0925Q70092382 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Emergency Spud Barge Rental.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal
Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective May 12, 2025. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full
and Open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532411 Commercial
