Project Title: B825 Chiller and Boiler Repair Project Location: Building 825, Shaw AFB SC The purpose of this requirement is to replace the chillers and boiler at building 825 in accordance with the Statement of Work, dated 5 November 2024. The replacement chillers have been purchased on a prior contract and will be supplied as government furnished equipment. Section K, L and M will be removed upon award and will not be part of the resultant contract. IAW NFC 36.204 (d) the Construction Magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.***A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Wednesday 23 April 2025 / 9:00 AM EST.
