Intent to Sole Source - Laser Engraver & Accessories

The government is seeking a laser engraver and accessories. The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to sole source this requirement to an SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). CLIN 0004 (QTY 1 EACH): Alignment tool kit (P/N: 400424)

CLIN 0005 (QTY 1 EACH): Lightburn Pro software (LightBurn PRO (LS/HP, FM, UV) Software) (P/N: 800141)

CLIN 0006 (QTY 1 EACH): PiBurn V rotary roller (2 Phase) (P/N: 400622)

Pursuant to FAR 19.1506(b), this requirement is assigned a NAICS code that has been determined to be an underrepresented WOSB NAICS, there is no reasonable expectation of adequate offers from more than one WOSB vendor, and the anticipated award price of the contract does not exceed any threshold that would eliminate it from being a WOSB Sole Source.
