Project Description: The City of Scottsdale invites sealed submittals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to provide construction services for public improvements for the construction of the IIP-017 36 & 16-Inch Zone 4 Pipeline project. The construction includes all civil, structural, and mechanical work associated with installing and commissioning the new pipelines
