Background:

 The facility needs and urgent remediation package to support a clean and sanitation effort to correct a grease spill that is impeding the affected areas with operating at a normal operational status.

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW):

Project Number: 688-25-2-459-

Project Location: Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington, D.C., Main Hospital-50 Irving St N.W., Washington, D.C., 20422.

Scope of Work: This Statement of Work includes all work necessary to supply the required equipment and supplies needed (description below) to perform a full remediation of affected areas located in the equipment schedule. The space is located at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington DC, 20422. Contractor shall comply with all local environmental codes.

Scope of Service

Furnish all labor and parts to remediate grease interceptor vault systems

Per the scope below Contractor will furnish all supplies clean and sanitize compromised on the attached equipment schedule. These systems support direct patient care and the stakeholders of the facility.


Scope of Work

Afterhours clean and sanitize GE261 Grease interceptor vault
Mobilize on site.
Removal and cleaning of Grease on floor from grease pit tank.
Clean and sanitize 20 x20 area under and around grease interceptor tank
Restore space to normal operations.
