Description
This procurement is for pre-qualifying General Contractors for the
Mary Burlie Park Renewal Project, and the scope of work includes,
but is not limited to, demolition and removals; earthworks and
grading; handling and disposal of contaminated materials;
hardsurface installations (granular, stabilized granular, concrete,
asphalt, etc.); concrete foundations, piles, and structures (walls,
stairs, etc.); soft surface installations (perennials, shrubs, trees,
topsoil, mulch, sod, etc.); coordination, installation, and servicing of
underground utilities (electrical, telecomm, storm, sanitary, water,
gas, etc.); fencing; site furnishings; custom designed infrastructure;
shelters; and sports courts.
