to be utilized by the carriers? Our tanks are underground.

9. What is the Central Garage fuel storage tank size? Is it above or below ground? 6,000 gallon
diesel tank and 8,000 gallon unleaded tank, below grade.
10. What is the requested pricing Index? OPIS Daily Average, OPIS Low, OPIS Weekly
average? OPIS Contract Average.
11. Will the Central Garage fuel storage tank accept a split delivery from a transport truck? Yes
12. What are the payment terms? Invoices are paid weekly. If invoice is received by Tuesday, it is
paid that week on Friday. Invoices are approved by Public Works Director for payment
processing.
13. What is the anticipated contract award date? July 1, 2026 June 30, 2027, with the
possibility of a 1-year extension.
14. The bid sheet lists three different gasoline grades. What are the estimated annual volumes for
each? Unleaded Mid-Grade 55,000 gallons and Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel 38,000 gallons
15. What are the requested unleaded gasoline ethanol grades? None
16. The bid sheet states, ""Bid shall be vendor’s mark-up net of taxes and include delivery,
freight, and all applicable product margins. Do NOT include state or federal taxes ." Please
confirm bidders should NOT include taxes in the submitted bid price. This is correct. The bid
should not include state and federal taxes.
17. Are the renewal terms mutual or unilateral? Mutual
