1. Synopsis
This is a Request for Information (RFI) and Market Research announcement only. The Alabama Army National Guard is seeking to identify potential sources with the capability to provide, install, and commission a Facilis HUB 16 - 64TB Shared Storage System.
The Government may use the information submitted in response to this notice for future procurement and planning purposes. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.
2. System Requirements & Characteristics
The required solution must meet the following specifications:
Base System: Facilis HUB 16 with 64TB raw storage capacity.
Software/Licensing: Unlimited seats of Facilis FastTracker, including Smart Access Rules and the WAN Link Remote Client feature.
Connectivity: 10Gb Ethernet Dual Port with Copper RJ45 connections.
System Redundancy: Mirrored internal OS drive option.
Services: On-site professional services to install and commission the system at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
Pricing: All travel expenses for installation and commissioning must be included.
3. Submission Instructions for Interested Vendors
Interested organizations shall provide a capabilities statement that includes the following information:
Organization Name
Physical Address
Primary Point of Contact (POC) Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number
Company Website Address
System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number
Business Size and socio-economic status under NAICS code 334112.

Closing Date & Time: All responses must be submitted via email no later than July 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time (CT).
