Project Description:
The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of Asphalt milling, curb and gutter replacement, storm sewer intake relocations, manhole adjustments, water main replacement, fire hydrant assembly relocation, water valve replacement, valve adjustments, ADA curb ramps, asphalt overlay and associated work; located at 3rd Street SE from 8th Avenue to 5th Avenue. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $590,000.
