Job Order Contract (JOC) for Trade Services

Project Description: Del Valle Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Job Order Contract for Landscape/Irrigation, Turf, Playgrounds/Canopies, Earthwork, Tree
Service, Fencing, Masonry, Painting, Flooring, Doors, Hardware, Frames, Glass Contractor, Fire Sprinkler/Fire Alarm, HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Remediation Trade Services.
It is anticipated by the District this job order contract will be awarded through a multiple, equal status award process with all awarded Contractors considered equally ranked. The total number of awarded vendors shall be at the sole discretion of the District. During the contract period, the District shall be the sole determent of which Contractor will receive a project assignment. The District reserves the right to request project quotes from all Contractors if considered in the District's best interest.
