General Notice:

The Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

PAVING AND LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE BRYANT CENTER AT TRADITION

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Bryant Center Conference Room 102 located at 19330 Hwy 67, Biloxi, MS 39532, until May 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time . The Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bryant Center Conference Room 102.

The Project includes the following Work:

Paving of an existing stone parking lot, installation of curb and gutter and concrete flumes, regarding of an existing drainage swale, and placement of permanent striping on the Mississippi Gulf Coast community College at Bryant Center.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: PAVING AND LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE BRYANT CENTER AT TRADITION

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders must register with the designated website as a plan holder. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. All bid documents must be purchased through the website. The cost of bid documents is non-refundable. “Mississippi Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, 2017 Edition” as referred to herein may be purchased from the Mississippi Department of Transportation.

A Pre-Bid Conference, if necessary, will be scheduled by Addendum.
