Description
The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners will accept bids until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025 for the following equipment:
¿ 2025 Type 1 Ram 5500-Ford 550-Chevrolet 5500
4X4 (Diesel) Emergency Medical Ambulance
A copy of the specifications may be obtained from the County Clerk, Edwina Daman, upon electronic mail request to edaman@gilmercounty-ga.gov.
Each sealed bid envelope should be clearly marked on the outside ¿2025 Type 1 Ram 5500-Ford 550-Chevrolet 5500 4x4 (Diesel) Emergency Medical Ambulance¿ and submitted to the following address:

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of bid opening. Gilmer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept complete or partial bids, and to accept partial bids from different bidders, all at the sole election of and determined to be in the best interest of the county by the commissioners, and to waive any irregularities thereunder.
Furthermore, bidders are notified to contact Fire Chief Daniel Kauffman at 706-635-1333 or dkauffman@gilmercounty-ga.gov with any questions.
