The provision is to supply Acid and Bi-Carb for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Springfield, located at 1900 West Sunshine Street, Springfield, MO 6507-2240. The Government contemplates awarding a Base and Four (12-month) options years, with firm-fixed prices to supply the following;
