The acquisition aims to provide Box Enterprise cloud services for collaboration, including secure cloud storage access for 35 users handling mission-critical information and non-critical storage for 80 users dealing with publications. Key objectives include unlimited storage, desktop and mobile access (including EFBs), integration with apps like Goodreader and Foreflight/Jepp, and the ability for SAM Dispatch to upload and edit documents.
