Project Description: The Brodhead Creek Regional Authority will receive sealed bids online for the following items:
“Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals” –
a. Purchase of bulk chemicals used at the regional wastewater treatment plant including Liquid Aluminum Sulfate and Sodium Hydroxide 25%.
Bids are to be submitted online via the PennBid™ Program before December 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on the PennBid website www.PennBid.net.
Bid security in the form of money orders, bid bonds, certified checks, or cashier’s checks for the amount of 10% of the total bid is required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
