Oak Hill Cemetery Roof Replacement

The City of Pontiac, Michigan is soliciting proposals for the replacement and/or repair of the roof at Oak Hill Cemetery, a designated historical building. HRC will be designing the Project and overseeing. The project requires adherence to standards set forth by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) to ensure that any repairs or replacements maintain the historical integrity of the structure. The contractor will be responsible for all activities related to roof replacement/repair, including project planning, execution, compliance with applicable regulations, and post-project reporting.
