Description:

PennDOT’s Local Technical Assistance Program (“LTAP”) is part of a national initiative to transfer transportation technology through training, technical assistance, and other customer services to municipal officials and their staff. LTAP provides technical information and proven technologies dealing with roadway maintenance and safety methods to meet the growing demands on municipal governments. The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. There is a DBE Goal of 9.16% established for this procurement.
