Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM) intends to place a brand name specification into solicitation W9127825R0025 AMC Warehouse in accordance with FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all information received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to include this proposed brand name specification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
