Professional Engineering Services

Kendall County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms (individual or firm) to provide professional engineering services and to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications in support of its Flood Warning System Infrastructure project. This project is funded in whole or in part through the SB3 Outdoor Warning Siren Grant program administered by the Texas Water Development Board.

The selected firm will assist Kendall County in planning, preparing, procuring, and integrating all preliminary and final design plans and specifications for the construction, installation, and implementation of flash flood outdoor warning sirens, in accordance with the requirements of the SB3 Outdoor Warning Siren Grant.

Responses must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. CST on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Late responses will be rejected. Selection of an Engineer will be made in accordance with the Professional Services Procurement Act, Chapter 2254, Texas Government Code.
