Description

The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide comprehensive HVAC-R services, including preventative maintenance, repairs, emergency response, supply and installation of new HVAC-R equipment, and design input or recommendations to support system improvements and project planning.

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years commencing on January 1, 2026, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to four (4) years in two (2) year increments.
