Carteret County is inviting bids for an upcoming project. All sealed bids must be submitted in writing by 3:00 PM (EST) on August 29, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Suppliers sending bids by mail should allow sufficient delivery time. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their proposal arrives on time. The County is not responsible for any delays.
