It is the intent of this specification that the Township of Wayne Mountain View Water Pollution Control Plant (Wastewater Department), Industrial Pretreatment (IPP), Health Department, and Water Division are soliciting proposals for Professional Analytical Laboratory Services as required by New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP)/Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for compliance with the Water Pollution Control Act, the Industrial Pretreatment Program, and as required by various other Federal, State, and Municipal programs.
