Project Description: RACC is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive snow removal and ice-control services for the College campus beginning November 1, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining safe access to parking areas, roadways, walkways, and campus facilities. The anticipated agreement is for an initial one-year term with two one-year renewal options, for a potential total of three years. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are not required, and prevailing wage rates do not apply.
